Yay! Nico had his very first day of pre-school last Wednesday!!! Since then he has gone two more times and really loves it. I think this will be good for both of us, as far as separation goes. This will give him a general idea of what pre-kindergarten will be like next year. Here is a slideshow I made of his first day, enjoy!

Dios de los Tres Reyes
Feliz Dia de Reyes!
In Mexico and other parts of Latin America, Three Kings Day is celebrated on January 6th. Ten days after baby Jesus was born (Dec 25th) It's tradition to buy a Rosca de Reyes and drink yummy hot chocolate along with it. The "rosca" has three babies hidden inside. Every year Yin buys a rosca to carry on the tradition. If you find a baby you have to throw a party with tamales and atole (yum!) on Feb 2nd which is "Dia del Candelario". This tradition we don't follow but we always have fun finding the babies! On a sad note, our Christmas season is now officially over. Tomorrow I begin the sad task of taking down all out Christmas decorations. Can't wait until Christmas 09'! Here are some picture I took this evening!

Nico dunking his bread in his hot chocolate. Notice Junior with a long face...he was upset because he did not find a baby, so we gave him another slice and...

Christian wanted some of the action too! He loved the powdered sugar heehee

Christian's favorite Toy
Christian absolutely LOVES our cell phones. When he has one of our phones he is so happy and calm, so we let him bite,chew and slobber all over them LOL Here is a video of our boys!

New Family Blog!
Hey everyone!! I am sooo not good with writing so I will cut my introduction short. Most of you know who I am so I don't really need to go into detail. I have been wanting to start this blog forever now! And what better time than the new year to do so :) This blog will mainly be for sharing photos of all we do as a family. I want to keep -FAMILY- and friend's updated that are not with us. So please check back often, I am hoping to keep this updated.
